Dedusting ash is mainly used to recycle dust collected in steel mills.
The dusting ash produced by our company is mainly used to recycle the dust collected in steel mills. In the smelting process of iron and steel mills, a large amount of dust will be generated from iron sintering lumps, iron and steelmaking, and steel rolling. Recycling of dust is the main content of the current development of circular economy utilisation in the iron and steel industry. At present, the binder cold pressing dust ash is the main way to recycle dust ash. Made of polymer environmentally friendly materials, the dust has a strong affinity and bonding effect, high curing strength in the late stage, does not reduce the product taste, adhesive comprehensive use of low cost.
The use of dusting ash:
1. Dusting ash for sintered pellets: it is suitable for moulding and granulation of all kinds of mineral powders and iron-containing wastes used in sintered furnace materials;
2. Dedusting ash for iron powder used in blast furnace ironmaking: it is suitable for various iron ores to produce spontaneous combustion, acid, alkali and carbonaceous pellets;
3. dusting ash is suitable for the production of dephosphorising agent and converter slag coolant from rolling phosphorus and precipitation mud;
4. for participation in the reduction of iron: iron ore carbonaceous pellets used as chemical iron pellets or sponge iron pellets dust removal ash. Used for pellet production in iron and steel, ferroalloy, chemical, metallurgy, coal and other industries. It can make full use of the existing high-grade and high-value mineral resources and better improve the utilisation rate of huge resources.
As we all know, the impact of the iron and steel industry on the environment is becoming more and more significant and has attracted widespread attention. Environmental pollutants include exhaust gas, wastewater and solid waste, with small emissions and many components. Different metallurgical processes produce different pollutants. Therefore, the type and characteristics of the waste should first be determined in order to develop worse treatment programmes. Here's what de-dusting ash can do.
Sintering raw materials contain a large amount of fines, which enter the main pipe as dust through the exhaust gases. Most of it is collected by the dedusting system and a small amount is collected with the flue gases at the end of the sinter.
Dust generated from the combustion of the sintered ore on the sintering machine during discharging, crushing and cooling is collected by the dust removal system.
Dust generated from unloading the ore at the tail end of the machine, dust generated during the screening process when the sintered ore enters the screening system, and dust generated during the transport of the sintered ore.
Barren gas discharged from the top of the blast furnace carries a large amount of raw fuel dust and particles generated by violent reactions in the high temperature zone. Gravity dust and dry dust are generated by gravity dust collector and bag filter respectively.
Dust particles generated from the main ditch and slag ditch of the iron discharge yard. Dust removal dust has no moisture, low strength and water resistant properties. The recycling of solid dust realises the recycling of iron and carbon resources in the pre-iron system, reduces the consumption of sintered solid fuels and fluxes, and part of the blast furnace uses bituminous coal injection instead of coal injection, which reduces the production cost and achieves obvious benefits. However, it has a favourable impact on sintering production and blast furnace smelting process. Therefore, in order to overcome the disadvantages of dust removal, the proper feeding system and operating system should be controlled, and the disadvantages of dust removal in the pre-iron system should be reduced or even eliminated through the optimisation of technology and process.
