Liujing Technology Group Co., Ltd. established in August 2012, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the recycling of casting solid waste and equipment manufacturing. It is a national level green factory and a specialized and innovative small giant enterprise. The company is headquartered in Liyang City, Jiangsu Province, with modern production bases and research and development centers, committed to promoting the green development of environmental protection through technological innovation.
Liujing Technology utilizes recycled casting waste sand to produce regenerated sand and coated sand; By utilizing high-temperature granulation of casting waste residue, ash, and sludge, agricultural water retaining particles, permeable bricks, ceramic sand, fire-resistant coatings, and other products are produced, turning waste into treasure, beautifying the environment, and truly achieving zero discharge of solid waste from casting factories.
The company's main products include six series of coated sand and casting coatings, sand core production, comprehensive utilization of dust removal ash, and manufacturing of casting solid waste recycling equipment, including recycled sand, ordinary sand, easily collapsible coated sand, high-temperature resistant coated sand for automotive engine water jackets, coated sand for cast steel, low ammonia coated sand, and ultra high temperature resistant coated sand.
Effectively solved the solid waste discharge problem of large casting enterprises such as FAW, Wuling Liuji, and Liugong. Liujing Technology currently has bases in Liyang, Jiangsu, Liuzhou, Guangxi, Changchun, and Anhui. In the next few years, we will establish casting waste recycling bases in national casting industry parks such as Shandong, Hebei, Shanxi, Hubei, and Zhejiang, and promote the comprehensive utilization technology of casting waste throughout the country.
