(1) Ordinary coated sand

Electrolyxa thermoplastic phenolic resin, calcium stearate, no related additives. Suitable for general production of iron castings.

(2) Coated sand with high strength and low gas evolution

It is an updated product of ordinary coated sand, which is prepared by adding relevant additives and adopting new technology. Its strength is higher than ordinary sand. The height of the coated sand is greater than 30%, and the gas emission is significantly reduced, which is suitable for the production of complex precision cast iron parts.

(3) High temperature coated sand

It has the characteristics of high temperature strength and long heat resistance time, and is suitable for the production of complex thin-walled iron castings such as automobile engine block, cylinder head, container angle, etc.

It has good strength and excellent low-temperature collapsibility, and is suitable for the production of non-ferrous metal castings.

3. In the production process, if the core shooting machine is found to have weaknesses in shock, compaction, translation or clamping, the maintenance personnel should be notified to check and repair.

4. Always keep the shock piston in a lubricated state, blow off the sand on the piston regularly, and then spray the lubricating oil.

5. When hanging the sand box, the sand box is not allowed to collide with the model or cut the door handle, so as not to damage the model or cause misoperation.
