Recently, Liujing (Hefei) Ecological Environment Materials Co., Ltd., the Hefei base of Liujing Technology Group—the first domestic enterprise to achieve “zero discharge” in the closed-loop recycling and full utilization of solid waste from the casting industry—has officially commenced mass production of its ecological brick project. As a pioneer in the field of recycling solid waste from the casting industry and a provider of green and environmentally friendly services, Liujing (Hefei) Ecological has, through its independently developed core technologies, transformed previously difficult-to-handle solid wastes such as dust removal ash from casting into high-quality green building materials, thereby achieving From foundry waste sand → high-quality recycled sand → coated sand → sand cores, casting dust and slag → high-end green building materials, ceramic proppants, geopolymer cementitious materials, fire-retardant coatings, agricultural water-retaining granules, and more. The green transformation of “turning waste into treasure” is fully aligned with the strategic orientation on the resource utilization of solid waste outlined in the State’s Comprehensive Action Plan for the Governance of Solid Waste.
