Liujing (Weifang) Resource Recycling Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Liujing Technology Group located in the Green and Low-Carbon Industrial Park of Fangzi District, Weifang City, Shandong Province, is about to enter the trial operation phase of its casting solid-waste resource recycling project. With a total investment of RMB 300 million and covering an area of 25,449.89 square meters, the project will fill the gap in end-of-line treatment within the local green casting industry chain, helping Fangzi District achieve on-site reduction, high-value conversion, and closed-loop utilization of solid waste.

The Ecological and Environmental Code of the People’s Republic of China, which will come into effect on August 15, 2026, for the first time elevates solid waste management to a statutory, full-process pollution prevention and control responsibility system in the form of a national code. Liujing Technology Group has been deeply engaged in the resource utilization of casting solid waste for more than ten years. Its end-to-end technological approach to the “one-stop, full utilization, zero emissions” regeneration of foundry waste sand is a vivid practice and strong support for the provision in the Code that entities generating solid waste must establish a “pollution prevention and control responsibility system covering the entire process of generation, collection, storage, transportation, utilization, and disposal.”
