Liujing Technology’s Weifang Base in Shandong Welcomes Leaders of China Foundry Association for Inspection

On December 17, 2025, the Shandong Weifang Base of Liujing Technology Group welcomed Ma Hongru, Executive Vice President of China Foundry Association, Li Huazhong, Deputy Secretary-General of China Foundry Association, together with Director Quan, Director Li and other officials from the Fangzi District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Weifang City, for an inspection and guidance tour. Song Hongtao, General Manager of the Weifang Base, accompanied the delegation throughout the visit.

Covering an area of 25,000 square meters and located in Fangzi District, Weifang City, the Weifang Base is equipped with four intelligent production lines for foundry waste sand regeneration and two high-end coated sand production lines. It features an annual foundry solid waste recycling capacity of 500,000 tons and a coated sand production capacity of 200,000 to 300,000 tons, fully meeting the demand for high-performance foundry materials in industries such as automotive and precision machinery.
In addition, the base will construct two production lines for eco-friendly high-end building materials, enabling the full high-value utilization of foundry dust, waste residue and other solid wastes. By turning waste into valuable resources, it achieves thorough and maximum resource recovery of industrial solid waste. The project is currently advancing steadily and is expected to be officially put into operation in March 2026.

Leaders of the China Foundry Association spoke highly of Liujing Technology’s systematic layout and technological innovation capabilities, pointing out:
